13. On-Site ScanningWe understand that some documents contain sensitive information (resumes, medical records, financial information, legal documents, etc.) and cannot leave your premises. We provide On-Site scanning services within the Greater Vancouver area and Lower Mainland of BC region of Canada. We bring our scanners to your office and scan your documents right there. We will supply all of the required equipment and an operator to scan your documents. We work day shifts (8 hours = 7½ hours work + ½ hour lunch break). Equipment setup/removal and document handling is part of this time. If a secured room is available then the equipment can remain on-site which saves setup and removal cost each day. Off-Site scanning involves picking up documents from you (by us or a courrier company) and scanning them in our office. If you urgently require a document that we have, we can process that document for you and email it to you. If the file is too big, we can arrange for you to download it form a password protected web site or an FTP site.
